Virginia B. (Florio) D’Agata, 91, of Berlin, loving wife of the late Primo D’Agata, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 26, 2024 in the comfort of her home.
Virginia was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., September 17, 1933, a daughter of the late Saverio Florio and Estella (Zigmund) Florio and had been a Berlin resident for many years. She was retired from the State of Connecticut after many years of service.
She is survived by her devoted daughter Nancy J. D’Agata; her sister; Christine Brochu and her husband Richard; her brother-in-law Louis Marino; several nieces; and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Ronald and Peter Florio; Natalie Gagliardi and Ronette Marino.
Her daughter, Nancy would like to express her gratitude and thanks to the nurses and health aides who cared for mom.
