Victor A Nowak 88 years old resident of North Windham formally of Berlin Connecticut passed on April 20, 2023 at home surrounded by family and devoted wife of 68 years. He was born in Augres Michigan on 11–9–1934 of the late Leo Nowak and Lena Suida Nowak. He was the youngest and last of 13. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona with wife Donna and three children. After his discharge they settled in Connecticut where he worked as a machinist until his retirement in 2003. They traveled by RV all over the USA for 16 years. He loved NASCAR, hunting and fishing with family for many years. He is survived by son Victor F. and wife Wilma of Meriden, daughter Deborah and husband David Sereduck of Brooks, ME, son Thomas and partner Cherie of New Britain, daughter Michelle and husband Michael Mayo of Meriden, Kim wife of Joseph of Chester, Karen Gardinier partner of Charles of Meriden. He is predeceased by his sons Charles, James and Joseph also granddaughters Karen Nash and Ashley Nowak. He leaves behind 12 grandchildren 23 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The wake will be held at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home 96 Main St, Kensington, CT. On May 6th from 10-11:30am the burial will be held at a later date.
