Thomas George Pawelczyk

Thomas George Pawelczyk, 73, of Kensington, passed away on January 9, 2022.  Born in New Britain the husband of Elizabeth (Bigoness) Pawelczyk and the son of the late Stanley and Jennie (Choinski) Pawelczyk.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, retired from Emhart Technologies’ (ASSA BOYLE) in Berlin after 44 years. He graduated from St. Mary's and New Britain Hight School,  loved the NY Yankees, NY Giants, and Celtic.  Tom also loved fishing, hunting and was a member of St. Paul Church in Kensington.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter:  Jennifer Pawelczyk of Berlin, a brother:  George Pawelczyk and a granddaughter: Victoria LaPosta and several nieces and nephews.  He was pre-deceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. 

Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, January 14, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. with a service at Noon at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Kensington.  Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown with Military Honors.
