Tammi Lynne (Lefurgey) Colburn, 37, of Bristol passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. She was born in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. She was the wife of Joseph H. Colburn Jr. and the daughter of Bonnie (MacRae) Lefurgey and the late Brian C. Lefurgey.

Besides her husband and mother, Tammi is survived by her son, Christopher T. Fitzmaurice of Bristol ; and daughter, Samantha E. Teitelman of Bristol. A brother, Anthony Lefurgey and wife Amanda Lefurgey, of Bristol ; and sister, Ashley Lefurgey of Manchester. She is also survived by her nephew and nieces, Quinton, Sierra, Alaina, and Ava. Also her beloved cat, Cher.

Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 6-8pm, at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Kensington, CT.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
