Pamela B. (Berg) Carey, 74, of Kensington, loving wife of William J. Carey, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the Hospital of Central CT. in New Britain.
Pamela was born in New Haven, December 26, 1950, a daughter of the late E. Werner Berg and Mary Ann (Moore) Berg and had been a Kensington resident for many years. She was employed as a school secretary for the New Britain Board of Education until her retirement. Pamela loved traveling to Aruba with her husband, which she considered her home away from home, and she had a love for birds, specifically cardinals.
In addition to her husband, Bill, she is survived by her three children, William Carey and his wife Jennifer, Timothy Carey and his wife Shilpa and Maura Beaudoin and her husband Michael; her cherished grandchildren, who were her pride and joy, Annabelle, Bentleigh, and Hadley Carey, Dillon Carey, Joshua and Tyler Beaudoin; her sisters Patricia DelVal, Phyllis Angelicola and her husband Richard; her sister-in-law Margaret Meehan and her husband Edmund; her brother-in-law Linford Carey; several nieces; and nephews.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the dedicated nursing staff at the Hospital of Central CT for their compassionate care and unwavering support of Pamela.
