June (Harrington) Casso

June (Harrington) Casso, 94, of Meriden, loving wife of the late Patrick J. Casso, peacefully entered eternal rest, Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Apple Rehab Coccomo in Meriden.

June was born in Meriden, May 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Clement Harrington and Mary (Moran) Harrington and had been a lifelong Meriden resident.  June had been employed as a telephone operator at the former Meriden-Wallingford Hospital for many years until her retirement.

She is survived by her three loving and devoted children James Casso, Thomas Casso and M. Karen Bilodeau; three grandchildren Ryan Adams, Marc Bilodeau and Brett Bilodeau; and a great granddaughter Autumn Bilodeau.  She is also survived by her sister-in-law Crystal Harrington.  She was predeceased by her brother John M. Harrington.

Friends and family are invited to calling hours at Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Kensington, Monday, June 10, 2024 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Tuesday, June 11, at 11:30 a.m. in St. Paul Church, 485 Alling St., Kensington.  Those attending the Mass are asked to meet directly at church.  Interment will be private in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford.  Memorial donations in memory of June H.
