Jean E. Lander, 85 of Avery Heights Hartford, passed away on Jan. 6, 2013 with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her daughters, Dr. Mary (Mark) Bellandese of Kensington and Nancy (Dr. Robert) Goslin, of Glenville NY;  a sister, Helene Milligan of Hampton Bays NY; her grandchildren Samantha White, Toni Stevenson , Katie Denette, and Elizabeth Bellandese; and her three great-grandsons Benny, Tommy and Bobby.

Funeral services are private. Donations can be made in her memory to Save the Children’s literacy program.

The Berlin Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
