Ferdinand B. Benson, 63, of Kensington, the beloved husband of Susan (Paskiewicz) Benson for 41 yrs. was peacefully ushered into the waiting arms of Jesus while surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, Nov 1, 2015.  Ferd & Susan were blessed with three precious children, Joshua Benson (not only his son, but his best friend) of Cromwell, daughter-in-law Andrea who will bless us with a second grand child in January and whom Ferd lovingly teased, and his beautiful granddaughter Isabel Ava who stole his heart and gave him so much joy, his loving daughters whom he cherished Sarah Benson of Bristol and Rachel Benson of Newington.  In addition he leaves his sister Nancy Meyer of New Jersey and many family members and friends that he loved dearly.  Ferd will always be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father and friend.  He will be deeply missed.  A celebration of his life will take place in the spring.
