Edmund Ulric Parent

Edmund Parent, of Kensington, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut.  He was the husband of the late Diane J. (Gastonguay) Parent of 54 years and the son of the late Edmund U. Parent Sr. and Elmira (Lamontagne) Parent.

Ed was a great caregiver of his wife for 40 years, who was very ill.  He was a great father and brother and loved his dogs.  They were his best friends.  Ed was also a member of St. Paul Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Y. Parent, two sister and brother in law: Edwina C. Pierce and Elaina and her husband, Paul Letendre, four brothers and sisters in laws: Ernest W. Parent and his wife Yvette, Erland C. Parent and wife Danna, Edward Parent and is wife Sandy, Eugene Parent and his wife Maryann. 

Beside his wife, mother and father he was predeceased by a brother In law James Pierce.
