On June 14, 2023, the sun set on the vibrant and loving life of Andrea D'Amico Schoech. At 55 years of age, her memory will forever glow warmly in the hearts of those who loved her. Andrea's passing is a profound loss, yet we find solace in the joy, generosity, and spirited energy she brought to our lives. Andrea, a longtime resident of Berlin, Connecticut, contributed significantly to her professional life at Stanley Black & Decker. Her dedication, effervescence, and endearing personality defined her esteemed career in sales and left a lasting impact on her colleagues and clients. Andrea's love was as profound as it was abundant. Her unwavering affection for her husband Stephen, sons Steven and Eric, and daughter-in-law Danielle, painted a portrait of deep familial bonds. The joy she derived from her loyal canine companions, Guiness, Ziva, and Zeus, was a testament to her loving spirit. Andrea's radiant energy was infectious. Her ability to light up any room and her vivacious character made her the life of every gathering. Her fondness for St Martin, her beloved vacation destination, was a testament to her love for exploration and the beautiful memories she created there. Andrea was predeceased by her father, Joseph D'Amico, and her sister, Carolyn. She leaves behind a loving family, including her husband Stephen Schoech, sons Steven and Eric Davis, daughter-in-law Danielle, her mother Ann Valitsky, sister Nancy D'Amico, sister Beth Turner, brother-in-law Joseph Turner, as well as numerous cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Her memory will be treasured by all who were blessed to be a part of her life.
Andrea's life will be honored during calling hours on Wednesday, June 21st at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main St, Kensington, CT from 4-6pm. A private burial will follow. Andrea's laughter, kindness, and unbounded love have imprinted on our hearts. Her spirit continues to inspire and guide us, serving as a cherished memory that will forever be a part of us. Andrea D'Amico Schoech, an exceptional woman whose generous spirit, unwavering love, and radiant smile will live on in the hearts of those she cherished and those who cherished her.
